How to make
Mash the bananas in a bowl.
Add the agave syrup, coconut milk, tapioca starch, vanilla and cinnamon. Mix everything very well.
Grease small baking tins with coconut oil and fill them with the mixture.
Bake them in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees) for 25 minutes.
Leave the vegan banana puddings to set for 3-4 hours and serve them.
If desired, the banana pudding can be left in the refrigerator to cool.
