How to make
Pour the biscuits, bananas and butter into a blender and grind.
Add the walnuts and milk and mix.
We distribute the mixture in cups, filling them halfway.
We leave them aside.
We mix the starch with the water.
Boil the milk with the sugar and add the dissolved starch in a thin stream.
Boil, stirring constantly, until the pudding thickens. Set aside and leave it to cool slightly for 10 minutes.
Then add the butter and white chocolate and mix very well.
Spread the banana pudding in the cups on top of the biscuit layer.
Let the banana puddings cool down and store them in the refrigerator until serving time.
Before serving, sprinkle a little cinnamon on top.
