How to make
Boil the pumpkin until it's ready. Blend it until you have a smooth and homogeneous mixture. Add the sour cream and powdered sugar. Beat with a mixer until a fluffy mixture is obtained.
Dissolve the gelatin as indicated on the package. Add it to the cream and mix until you have a smooth mixture.
Distribute the finished mixture into appropriate forms.
Leave the panna cotta to turn into jelly, for about 3-4 hours in the refrigerator.
Pour the dessert into a suitable serving dish, by dipping the bottom of the cups in hot water briefly.
Garnish the dessert with caramelized coconut.
The panna cotta with pumpkin and caramelized coconut is ready.
