How to make
Place aluminum foil on the bottom of the baking tray.
Grease it with a little oil and arrange the fish fillets on top. Season them with salt and leave them.
Blend the walnuts in a blender along with the dried tomatoes, mustard and black pepper.
Add the chopped spring onions and two tablespoons of water and blend again until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Spread the silver carp with the aromatic paste and sprinkle it with the breadcrumbs and parmesan.
Preheat the oven to 390°F (200 degrees).
Bake the fish until it's fully cooked - 20 minutes is enough.
The baked silver carp with a topping is ready.
