How to make
Peel and slice the potatoes and tomatoes into cubes. Cut the peppers into long pieces and the mushrooms into slices. Heat oil in a pot and put the finely chopped onion and garlic to stew. Wait 3 minutes and add the mushrooms and let them sauté until soft.
Add the peppers and tomatoes and leave on the stove until the tomatoes release their juice a bit. Salt and season with oregano and cloves. Put the potatoes in a lightly greased pan, add the vegetables and mix.
Put the moussaka with peppers to bake for about half an hour. Top it with the beaten together eggs, yoghurt and starch. Bake until the topping solidifies.
