Cut the red peppers and celery stalks into pieces and zucchini and carrots into thin circles. Combine them in a bowl and add the pre-boiled lentils and pieces of chicken or turkey fillet.
In a pan on the stove heat the vinegar, olive oil and honey gently, enough to dissolve the honey. Pour the hot dressing over the salad, salt and mix. Serve in two bowls with some sprouts on top.
