Cut the pumpkin, peel it and remove the seeds and grate or cut it into small pieces.
Put the pumpkin puree, oatmeal and honey in a blender.
Add milk.
Blend the puree well.
The pumpkin spice and milk puree is ready.
Pour the healthy shake into a glass and sprinkle it with as much cinnamon as you like.
