How to make
Preheat the oven to 390°F (200 degrees) and while it raises to the temperature we need, crush the garlic in a mortar, 1 tsp. of the coarse salt and parsley with a little olive oil to form a paste. Add the remaining olive oil and stir.
Sprinkle the remaining salt on the bottom of a baking pan and arrange the lobsters in it. Pour the wine and distribute the prepared paste. If desired, you can drizzle them with a little more olive oil.
Bake them for 10 minutes and place them into a large serving dish with a lemon cut into quarters.
