How to make
Beat the softened butter with the sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla extract. Mix all the ingredients together.
In a separate bowl sift the flour and baking powder, and add it to the eggs and butter mix. Stir to achieve a smooth dough. Wrap in cling film and chill in the fridge for about 1 hour.
Shape little balls with the size of a walnut. Roll them into the cinnamon sugar.
Lay a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet and arrange the cookies on it. Preheat the oven to 370°F (190 degrees) and bake for about 20 minutes.
