How to make
Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, rosemary, mustard, pressed garlic, salt and black pepper into a large bowl and place the turkey breast in it.
Spread the marinade along the surface of the fillet and allow it to rest for at least one hour. Cover with cling film. The longer it marimates, the tastier it will turn out.
Sear the marinated meat in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Preheat the oven to 360°F (180 degrees) and bake for about one hour.
Slice the turkey breast and enjoy!
