How to make
The turkey breasts can be whole, or boneless. Also you can chose to keep the skin on, or remove it.
Rub the breasts with pineapple juice and black pepper.
Place the chopped mushrooms in a tray with 1/2 cup water, and lay the meat on top.
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C), cover the tray with tin foil and bake for about 40 minutes.
Take out the tray, remove the turkey breasts, pour the cream, season with salt and black pepper, and stir.
Place the meat back into the tray and bake, until the cream thickens.
