Ingredients

  • ground beef - 1.5 lb (700 g)
  • onions - 1 onion
  • black pepper - a pinch
  • breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp.
  • fat - 2 tbsp. of butter + 2 tbsp. of oil (for frying)
  • For the sauce
  • butter - 1 oz (30 g)
  • beef broth - 2 cups
  • curry - a pinch
  • soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
  • cooking cream - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • wheat starch - 2 tbsp.
  • black pepper
  • For the garnish
  • rice - 1 cup
  • butter - 1 oz (30 g)

How to make

Season the minced meat with the spices and mix it with the grated onion.

Form small meatballs, which we then need to fry in the butter and heated oil until they're fully cooked. Transfer them into a plate.

For the sauce: Melt the butter in a deep frying pan. Add the wheat starch and stir vigorously until they combine well. Pour the beef broth and continue to stir.

It's time to add the soy sauce, curry, black pepper and the cooking cream at the end. Stir the mixture until it thickens, then place the meatballs back into the pan with the sauce.

For the garnish: Wash the rice thoroughly and boil it. When it's ready, add butter, black pepper and salt.

Divide it into two parts: leave one part white and the other part is colored with curry.

The meatballs with curry sauce are ready.
