  • minced meat - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • onion - 1 onion
  • garlic - 5 - 6 cloves
  • hot peppers - 1 pc.
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs. (canned)
  • curry paste - 1 tbsp.
  • ginger
  • nutmeg
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • jasmine rice - 1 cup
  • water - 2 cups

How to make

Season the minced meat and form small meatballs. Roll them in flour and fry them in a little heated oil. Remove and place them into a plate.

In the same pan, add oil and fry the onion and garlic. Add the tomatoes, hot pepper and curry to them and place the meatballs back into the pan.

Add the spices and leave the dish to simmer for ten minutes. During this time, boil the rice for about 15 minutes.

Serve the meatballs over rice and sprinkle them with parsley or coriander.

The curry meatballs with jasmine rice are very tasty.
