How to make
First, beat the eggs with the sugar, vanilla and gradually add the milk.
Then start preparing the caramel.
In a saucepan, mix the sugar, water and lemon juice and stir until sightly golden color is obtained.
Pour it at the bottom of the cups and pour the egg mixture on top.
Bake the cream caramel in cups at 320°F (160 degrees) in a water bath for about an hour, while being careful not to boil the water.
