How to make
The legs are sprinkled with black pepper and salt, then fried in oil. Add the crushed onion, fry and add broth. Boil for 40 minutes, add the crushed ham, mushrooms and a little oil.
After 5 minutes, the legs are put into plates. Prepare a sauce of wine, cream and 1 tsp of paprika.
Thicken, pour it over the portions and serve with parsley sprinkled on top.
