Ingredients

  • coconut cream - 6.4 fl oz (190 ml)*
  • coconut shavings - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • coconut oil - 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • stevia - or another sweetener
  • chocolate - 3.5 oz (100 g)

How to make

In a bowl, mix all of the products well without the chocolate - * you can also use a chilled can of coconut milk and use the thick coconut mass that has formed in it.

Important! If you use a liquid sweetener, add more coconut shavings.

Leave the mixture for about 30 minutes in the freezer to harden a bit.

Then take it out, shape the desserts with your hands in a shape resembling Bounty and leave them again in the freezer for about 1 hour.

Finally, melt the chocolate in a water bath, take out the Bounty bars one they have set and roll them in the chocolate mixture.

Arrange them onto baking paper and store them in the refrigerator, so that the healthy Bounty bars can set.

After that the chocolate desserts are ready to eat.
