How to make
Put the water, sugar, butter and vanilla in a small pot. Put it on the stove to heat until the sugar and butter melt, but do not boil them.
I sifted the cocoa and milk powder into a bowl. Gradually, with constant stirring, add the liquid and warm mixture to the dry mixture.
Many lumps form, but don't worry about that. In another deep bowl with a spout, to make it easier to fill the jars, I placed a large strainer and a small colander.
Gradually, I poured the chocolate mixture and helped with a spoon to strain the mixture without any residue. In the end, there was very little of the mixture left, which I could not strain.
I poured the smooth liquid chocolate into three dry jars and let them cool. I stored them in the refrigerator.
When I add hazelnut tahini to the homemade chocolate spread, I put it in the bowl with the already strained mixture at the end and mix it well.
Have fun with this amazing homemade chocolate spread!
