How to make
Melt the butter. Grind the biscuits. Mix them together, by adding 3 tbsp. of powdered sugar. Spread the resulting mixture on the bottom of the cake tin with a removable bottom and press it down.
Beat the cream cheese with the remaining sugar (1 cup) and vanilla. The cream cheese should be at room temperature.
When the mixture becomes soft and fluffy, spread it on the biscuit cake base.
Wait for it to set in the refrigerator.
Once the cheesecake has set, arrange the strawberries (cut in half) on it.
Pour the gelatin over it, which has swollen and been melted in the microwave along with 3/4 cup (150 ml) of strawberry juice.
Once it sets in the fridge, you can serve your strawberry cheesecake.
