  • milk - 17 fl oz (500 ml)
  • sugar - 2 tbsp.
  • cinnamon - 1 stick
  • puff pastry - 1 pc.
  • strawberries

How to make

Put the milk and cinnamon in a pot and wait for it to boil. Add the rice. Reduce the heat and boil for 30 minutes, while stirring occasionally.

Remove the cinnamon and add the sugar. Wait 10 minutes and turn off the stove. Allow it to cool well and absorb the remaining small amount of milk.

Take out the puff pastry and cut it into rectangles. Arrange them in a baking tray and bake them. Leave them to cool, once you take them out.

Cut each piece in half through the middle and fill it with rice pudding. Arrange the sliced ​​strawberries and cover it with the other puff pastry half.

Sprinkle the delicious mille-feuille with powdered sugar and decorate it as you like.
