How to make
Debone the chicken and put the bones to boil for about 1 hour in salted water. Cut the meat into small pieces and soak them for about half hour in lemon juice, black pepper and salt. Then heat oil in a deep pan, put the chicken to fry and add the chopped onions, carrots and celery, and after a little while the mushrooms, tomatoes, garlic, salt and black pepper as well.
Let it stew for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. In a pan greased with oil and scattered with breadcrumbs, distribute half the potatoes, top with the chicken-vegetable mixture, followed by the other potatoes.
Season with salt and pepper, add 1 cup of chicken broth and put it to bake for about 20-25 minutes. Beat the eggs with milk and flour, add them to the moussaka with chicken, grate cheese on top and return it to the oven to bake for another 10-15 minutes.
