How to make
Mix the garlic, olive oil, tomato sauce, vinegar and lemon juice together. Add basil, salt and cayenne pepper. Put the shrimp in this paste and stir until evenly rolled. Cover the bowl and put it to marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour, stirring 2-3 times.
Preheat a grill on medium heat. Place the shrimp on skewers. Each skewer has to go through near the tail and then near the head of each shrimp.
Grease a grill and arrange the shrimp. Bake for about 3 minutes per side.
