How to make
Beat the butter well and add the flour and sugar to it. Knead the dough. Roll it out into a sheet the thickness of a coffee saucer.
Slice round cookies (or other shapes), arrange them in a buttered pan and bake them in a moderate oven at 360°F (180 °C).
During this time, dissolve one piece of chocolate in a spoonful of hot water, in which you will dip the baked cookies on one side and stick them together.
