How to make
Sift the flour into a bowl. Add the buckwheat, baking soda, coarsely ground walnuts, and crushed chocolate.
Stir well to mix all the ingredients. Put the sugar and butter in a pot. Leave them to cool, by stirring occasionally.
Remove from the heat and add the egg. Mix well and pour the mixture into the dry mixture.
Knead a soft and sticky dough. Line a tray with baking paper. With wet hands, form small balls.
Bake at 360°F (180°C) for about 10 minutes. Remove and leave them on a wire rack to cool.
Store the cookies in a box with a lid.
The chocolate cookies with buckwheat are very tasty.
