Ingredients

  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • sugar - 3 tbsp.
  • butter - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • sour cream - 2.5 oz (70 g)
  • flour - 7 oz (200 g)
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • pumpkin - 7 oz (200 g) shredded

How to make

Combine the egg, sugar, sour cream, melted butter, flour, and baking powder.

Add the shredded pumpkin and mix all the ingredients together.

Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet. Scoop each bisquit with a tablespoon, since the dough tends to be sticky.

Preheat the oven to 360°F (180 degrees) and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the biscuits turn golden brown.

While still hot, dust the biscuits with powdered sugar.
