Ingredients

  • lemons - 2 pcs.
  • spring onions - 10 stalks
  • olive oil - 1/3 cup (80 ml) + 3 tbsp.
  • feta cheese - 10.6 oz (300 g)
  • cream cheese - 4.2 oz (120 g)
  • black pepper - 1/4 tsp.
  • hot paprika - 1/4 tsp.

How to make

Cut the onion into small pieces, then arrange them on baking paper, along with a few slices of lemon.

Drizzle them with 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Bake them for about 10 minutes at 200 degrees.

Put the feta in a blender, add the cream cheese, paprika, black pepper, lemon juice and the remaining butter.

Blend everything well until you get the consistency of an appetizing sauce.

Add the roasted onions and then stir.

Serve the finished dip with the lemon slices.

This sauce with feta and onion is a great sauce for meat or potatoes!
