  • mozzarella - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • pasta - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • salt

How to make

Finely chop the onion and fry it until it's done. Add the chopped garlic and fry for 2-3 seconds. Grate the tomatoes and add them to the onion. Fry them until the water evaporates.

In another pot, put the pasta to boil in salted water.

Transfer the tomato sauce into a pan. Make 3-4 steaks from the meat and tenderize them between stretch foil, but do not make them too thin. Season them with black pepper and salt. Bread them in eggs, breadcrumbs and fry them until they aquire a golden color.

Transfer the cooked meat into the tomato sauce. Place grated yellow cheese and sliced ​​mozzarella on top of each steak. Put a few basil leaves in the sauce.

Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees) until the mozzarella is baked.

Strained the cooked pasta and mix it with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Put the cooked pasta in a plate and place a fillet with tomato sauce on it.

Add fresh basil and serve.
