How to make
Puree the bananas, avocados and Muscovado sugar.
Add the flour, cinnamon, cocoa, vanilla, ground walnuts and baking powder. Stir and pour the mixture into a Teflon pan.
Bake it at 360°F (180°C) for 35 minutes.
Leave the cake layer to cool and turn it over onto a plate.
For the cream, beat the coconut cream with the caramel topping.
Mash the bananas and avocados, mix them with the cream and vanilla and spread this cream on the cake layer.
Decorate the homemade avocado and banana cake with pieces of banana on top.
You can serve the avocado and bananas vegan cake immediately or leave it for 1-2 hours in the fridge.
It is delicious both ways!
