"Vegan brownies with tahini - irresistible"

Ingredients

  • bananas - 1 pc.
  • brown sugar - 1/2 cup
  • sesame tahini - 2 tbsp.
  • carob - 1 tbsp.
  • cocoa - 1 tbsp. (organic)
  • walnuts - 3 tbsp. (crushed)
  • soda - 1 level top tsp.
  • apple cider vinegar - 1 tsp.
  • sunflower oil - 6 tbsp.
  • flour - 1 cup (standard or wholemeal)
  • for the oat milk
  • oatmeal - 2 oz (60 g)
  • water - 4/5 cup (200 ml)

How to make

In order to prepare homemade oat milk, pour the fine oatmeal into a tea cup (capacity 300 ml), so that it occupies 1/4 of its volume and top it up with water. Leave them to soak for about 15 minutes and then grind them (with a blender).

Mash the ripe banana along with the sesame tahini. Mix them with brown crystal sugar, carob and cocoa. Dilute the mixture with the homemade oat milk.

Then add the soda, apple cider vinegar and unrefined sunflower oil. Finally, thicken with flour (standard or wholemeal), while stirring with a wire whisk to avoid lumps.

Add the crushed walnuts to the homogeneous mixture for the wonderful banana brownie.

Spread the rectangular baking pan, in which you will bake the healthy vegan brownie with sunflower oil and sprinkle it with a little flour. Spread the mixture, flatten it out and bake it at 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
