Ingredients

  • pork ribs - 5.5 oz (150 g) in small pieces
  • chicken meat - 7 oz (200 g)
  • vegetables - 0.8 lb (350 g) frozen
  • red peppers - 1 pc.
  • rabbit meat - 7 oz (200 g)
  • chicken broth - 1 cube
  • rice - 2 cups
  • tomatoes - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • salt

How to make

First, grate the tomato and add the crushed garlic clove to it.

Cut the red pepper into strips.

In a suitable paella pan, heat 7 tablespoons of olive oil. Fry the meat until it aquires a nice golden color.

Add the prepared vegetables and continue to fry them until they soften.

Add the grated tomato and cook for a few more minutes. Pour water, add chicken broth and a little salt. Boil until the meat is completely tender.

In case the water boils, add more. Bring it to a boil again and add the rice. Stop stirring and reduce to low heat. Cook until the liquid has completely evaporated.

Remove the prepared paella from the heat and cover it for 5 minutes.
