How to make
All of the products without the greasing butter are placed in the bread maker for 1.5 hours at a program for dough, but without rising. Once the machine kneaded it, I took it out, wrapped it in transparent nylon and let it rest for 30 minutes.
I divided the dough into 6 pieces. I take one piece and pass it through a pasta machine at the highest stage (for me 7) and then I reach 4th stage without cutting the long piece.
Grease the finished sheet with butter and roll it up. I do the same with the second piece. It turns into a big croissant.
I then wrap it in nylon and make the other 4 pieces. This way you get 3 croissants with 2 sheets each.
The finished cruffin is cut in half and carefully tied in a knot.
Bake them in a greased muffin tin in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees) for about 30 minutes.
The homemade cruffins are ready.
