How to make
Put the onions in salted boiling water, which are cut only in half. Clean the edges in advance to keep it as intact as possible.
Blanch them for 2-3 minutes. The top layers are removed easily (they should have slightly softened) and return the onions back into the boiling water until they have completely softened.
Season the minced meat and leave it in the fridge for a few hours. Knead it with a little finely chopped onion, green spices - parsley, mint, salt, black pepper and cumin.
Put about 1 tbsp. of the minced meat in the onions. Arrange them in a tray. Dissolve the tomato puree in warm water and pour it over the onions. They must be well covered.
Drizzle the stuffed onion with oil and place a plate on top so that they do not move during baking.
Bake them for about 40 minutes at 390°F (200 degrees).
Finally, remove the plate, so that they can bake on top.
You can serve the stuffed onions with minced beef, drizzled with yogurt.
