How to make
The flour is sifted along with the cocoa and baking powder. Add the salt and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar using a wire whisk or a mixer. Gradually add the oil, then add the dry ingredients in portions.
Stir with a fork and knead by hand when the mixture is thick enough. The goal is to get a smooth dough that should be left for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
From the cooled dough, balls of the desired size are formed and rolled in powdered sugar. Place the cookies in a baking pan lined with baking paper and bake them for 10-12 minutes in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degree).
Do not exceed the baking time, because you risk making the crinkle cookies too dry.
