Ingredients

  • flour - 12.7 oz (360 g)
  • baking powder - 0.2 oz (5 g)
  • sugar - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • butter - 2.8 oz (80 g) cold
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • chocolate drops - 1.4 oz (40 g)
  • oranges - 1 pc. (juice + peel)

How to make

The flour is sifted along with the baking powder. Add the diced butter, sugar, egg, grated orange peel and juice and chocolate drops to it.

Knead a soft dough. Wrap it in cling film and refrigerate it for 1 hour.

Small balls are formed from the dough, which will turn into our crinkle cookies. Roll them first in the crystal sugar and then in the powdered sugar.

Arrange in a tray lined with baking paper.

The aromatic homemade cookies are baked in a preheated oven at 340°F (170 degrees) without a fan for 12-15 minutes.
