How to make
Put the flour in a bowl. Break the egg inside.
Add parmesan, cream cheese and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Knead the dough. Roll out the finished dough into a rectangular sheet.
Cut it into strips.
Arrange them in a large tray lined with baking paper.
Spread the cracker sticks with the remaining olive oil. Sprinkle them with sesame seeds and nuts.
Bake the bites in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) until they're ready.
Take them out and let the cracker sticks with chickpea flour cool down before serving them.
