"The sea theme is on the table today - enjoy a serving of mussels with seaweed and we have also added marinated zucchini as an extra"

Ingredients

  • yellow zucchini - 2 pcs.
  • garlic - 3 - 4 cloves
  • mussels - 12 oz (350 g)
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp.
  • dill and onion grass for flavoring
  • bay leaf
  • white pepper
  • seaweed - 5 oz (150 g)
  • lemon
measures

How to make

First, cut the zucchini into sticks and season them with chopped garlic, salt, a little olive oil, dill, white pepper, lemon juice and set them aside for about an hour or two to marinate (you can marinate them from the day before and put them in the refrigerator).

Clean the mussels and boil them by adding a glass of wine with a bay leaf with a little olive oil, 1 clove of garlic and seaweed in the pot.

When they are ready, clean them from their shells. Prepare the zucchini by stewing them with the marinade in a pan on a low heat for about 5 minutes (I often do not stew them, I serve them with the marinade) and season them with lemon and dill.

When ready, I serve the mussels with seaweed, by first putting the zucchini in the plate and the cleaned boiled mussels on them and then I serve them.

This is a great recipe for healthy and dietary eating.

Enjoy!
