"Especially for all those who love fried meatballs, but are worried about excess fat - a healthier, but just as tasty baked alternative"

How to make

Grab a deep and large bowl and pour the minced meat in it, which is a mixture of beef and lamb, so that the meat is not very dry.

Grate a large onion on top of it, crack an egg, add salt, black pepper, oregano, savory herb, cayenne pepper and baking soda and knead the minced meat well for at least three minutes.

Then cover it with stretch foil and put it in the refrigerator to absorb the spices.

After at least two hours have passed, take it out, grab a baking tray, grease it with oil, and shape the meatballs.

Arrange them in the tray - about 12 medium-sized meatballs are obtained.

Bake them at 360°F (180 degrees) for half an hour and our oven-baked meatballs are ready.

They are no different from the fried ones.

I highly recommend these oven-baked meatballs, which are just like the fried ones, but are much healthier and with very little fat.
