How to make
Peel and slice the potatoes. Cut them into long slices, rinse and blanch them for a few minutes. Then rinse them under cold water and dry them. Combine the breadcrumbs with all the spices.
Distribute the finely grated onion at the bottom of a well-greased tray, in which you will bake the dish. Put the potatoes and breadcrumbs into a bag. Shake it so that each potato slice gets rolled nicely in the breadcrumbs.
Then carefully arrange them in the tray. Top them again with a trickle of oil and put them to bake in a moderate oven.
