"Homemade pate that combines a few flavors - tuna, sun-dried tomatoes and almonds"

Ingredients

  • canned tuna - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • dried tomatoes - 5.3 oz (150 g) hydrated and marinated in olive oil
  • raw almonds - 1.4 oz (40 g) peeled or sliced almonds
  • parsley - 2 stalks
  • vinegar - 2 tsp.
  • salt - 1/2 tsp. (or by taste)
  • black pepper - 2 pinches
  • toasted bread slices - to add on the side
measures

How to make

Strain the tuna by placing the strainer in a bowl, in order to keep the fat from it. If you use a fat-free tuna, then you will need to add some later. It can be olive oil, vegetable oil or dried tomato oil.

Strain the dried tomatoes well and add them to the fish, almonds and parsley in a blender. Set aside a few of them for decoration at the end.

Blend at high speed for 20 seconds.

Add 1 oz (30 g) of the fat, vinegar, salt and black pepper and turn on the appliance again to blend the fish pate even more finely.

Spread the toasted slices with this amazing tuna, almonds and sun-dried tomato pate and decorate each with a strip of sun-dried tomato and a little parsley.

Enjoy your meal!
