"Something tasty and easy - here is the perfect rice casserole"

Ingredients

  • rice - 1 cup
  • leeks - 1 stalk
  • butter - lump
  • salt
  • chicken broth
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • white cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g) (crumbled)
  • yellow cheese - 5.3 oz (150 g) (grated)
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • ham - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • parsley
  • milk - 1 cup

How to make

Fry the leeks in butter. Add the rice.

When it becomes transparent, pour 3 cups of water. Add the salt and broth. Cook the rice over low heat until the water evaporates.

In a bowl, beat the two eggs. Add the yellow cheese, white cheese, milk and stir.

Add the grated carrot, diced ham and parsley to the already cooked rice.

Pour the mixture into a baking pan and pour the eggs on top. Bake the casserole at 390°F (200 degrees) until it aquires a golden brown color.

The rice casserole is ready.
