How to make
Wash the wheat very well. Put it in a pot and add water - 1:3 parts.
Boil the wheat until it is fully cooked.
During the boiling process, remove the foam and if necessary, add more water.
When the wheat is ready, add the sugar and the diluted starch in a thin stream, while stirring at all times.
Once the ashure thickens, remove it from the heat, add the raisins, walnuts and berries.
Stir until you have a smooth mixture and distribute it into suitable bowls or cups. Serve it chilled.
