How to make

Heat the oven to 320°F (160 °C). The forms for baking (tartlets, baskets or muffins) are greased and floured. The butter is well mixed with sugar and the almond essence is added.

Add the eggs one at a time, then add the egg yolks, beating the dough well after each. Sift the flour with the salt and mix with the ground almonds.

Continue whipping nonstop at low speed with the butter mixture, then add flour with ground almonds. Distribute the dough into the forms.

On top, place wild berries and gently press them. The tartlets are baked for 30 to 40 minutes, until golden brown.

Cool slightly and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
