How to make
Make the filling by beating the eggs. Add the crumbled cheese, yogurt and baking soda. Mix everything well.
In a greased baking pan, lay down a filo pastry sheet. Drizzle it with a little oil, put a second sheet on top and drizzle it with oil again.
Add a third sheet and again a little oil and sprinkle a little of the filling.
Repeat the procedure until the you run out of products. Make a topping by beating the eggs with the milk.
Cut the borek into squares. Cut the butter into small pieces. Put the pieces of butter where you have made the cuts.
Pour the topping on top. Bake it at 360°F (180 degrees) until it aquires a golden color.
Take it out and allow the baked Original Turkish Borek to cool down.
