How to make
Cook the spaghetti in a little salt and 2 tablespoons of olive oil and drain them. Clean the broccoli, break it into florets, soak them for 2-3 minutes in boiling water, then immediately rinse them with cold.
Heat the olive oil in a deep pan and fry the chopped garlic for 1-2 minutes. Add the broccoli, crumbled blue cheese, curry sauce and cream. Season with salt, pepper and curry sauce.
Add the spaghetti, stir well, and after 1-2 minutes, remove it from the heat.
