How to make
Peel the apples and clean them from the seeds and stalks. Grate them in a bowl with a large grater. Clean the walnuts and grind them with a nut grinder. Cut the Turkish delight into small pieces. Squeeze apples you have grated, but not too much.
Spread out the filo sheets for the pastry we are going to make. Grease one sheet with a little oil and put another on top. Apply the stuffing (part of the apples, followed by Turkish delight, walnuts and sugar) at the wide end, lengthwise. Finally, add the cinnamon. Roll it up.
The wide part, lengthwise, in which we have added separately from all of the mixtures, is 1.6″ (4 cm) wide. After rolling up the first roll, repeat the procedure with the other sheets. Put baking paper in an oven tray.
Cut all of the rolls into pieces - approximately 5 small pieces of the roll. Arrange the pieces tightly next to each other lengthwise, like a connected roll.
Cut the butter into very small pieces and distribute them on the filo pastries. Bake them in a preheated 340°F (170 degree) oven. Once they are baked, while they're still warm, put them in a plate and sprinkle them with powdered sugar with the help of a strainer.
