How to make
Cut the meat into portions and soak them in water for 2 hours. Fry the meat in the oil.
Remove and put it in a clay pot. Saute the other products in the oil. Add the paprika, wine, water and other spices.
Leave it to boil for 5 minutes and put it in the pot. Put the lid and bake for 2 hours in the oven at 360°F (180 °C).
