How to make

The ham is sliced into thin rectangular slices. The potatoes and carrots are boiled and cut into small cubes. The pickles are also cut into cubes.

Boil 1 egg, shell it, and cut it into small pieces. 2 oz (50 g) of the ham is also cut into small cubes. Combine the cooked carrots and potatoes with the egg, pickles, peas and ham. Add the mayonnaise and gently stir it. Add salt and black pepper.

The resulting salad is distributed on the rectangular pieces of ham and then wound into rolls. The rolls in turn are wrapped in lasagna sheets, dipped in eggs and flour and fried in highly preheated oil.

The finished rolls are drained and served with vegetables.
