How to cook
Cut the cheese into sticks and the ham into thin layers (square or triangle).
Wrap each stick of cheese with the ham, when they are ready, beat the eggs and prepare a thick mixture of water, flour and spices.
Dip each roll in the mixture, then in the breadcrumbs mixed with cornflakes, eggs and breadcrumbs again.
Fry in hot oil or deep fryer until golden brown.
Very tasty appetizer for a cup of beer!
