  • ham - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • leek - 1/2 pcs.

  • sour cream - 7 oz (200 g)
  • cooking cream - 5 fl oz (150 ml)

How to make

Put the flour, butter, two eggs, a pinch of salt and two tablespoons of water in a bowl and mix with the mixer. Knead the dough, wrap it in foil and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Cut the peppers, leeks, ham and saute them with a little olive oil. Let cool for 10 minutes. Roll out the dough according to your baking tin.

Grease the baking dish with a little oil and sprinkle with a little flour. Put the rolled dough in the mold and cut off the excess dough that comes out of it. Pierce the dough with a fork and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C in a preheated oven.

Beat 4 eggs, sour cream, cooking cream, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. black pepper and 1 tsp. savory herb. Add the vegetables and ham to the mixture and stir. Pour the mixture over the dough in the mold and sprinkle the cheesy mozzarella or cheese. Bake the quiche for 15-20 minutes at 430°F (220°C).
