How to make
Flavor the cleaned fish with the mixed lemon juice and soya sauce. Allow to stand for half an hour in the refrigerator. Then place the fish with the sauce in a greased baking tray.
Season to taste by rubbing with salt and paprika, pour olive oil over it and put it to bake. Initially, cover with foil, but remove it 15 minutes before it's ready.
Serve the fish arranged atop the lettuce leaf, garnished with dill, olives and lemon slices.
