Ingredients

  • nettle - 9 oz (250 g) only use the tips (3 - 4 leaves)
  • eggs - 3
  • flour - 3 tablespoons
  • milk
  • dill - 1/3 bunch, chopped
  • salt
  • oil - 1 cup, for frying

How to make

Wash the nettle. Beat the eggs well, add the flour and milk to form a thick mixture.

Add salt and chopped dill and mix. Heat the oil in a pan.

Take the tip of the nettle, dip it in the crumbing and fry it to a delicious tan.
